The Fold-Out Bible & World History Timeline
You may know the names, the stories and the dates. The harder part is picturing how they fit together.
Adam’s Chronicle opens into a connected panorama of Bible and world history. Follow a familiar person or period across the chart, then look alongside it to explore the rulers, cultures and events sharing that stretch of time.
The accordion-fold panels keep neighboring timelines in view. Open a few for a closer look, spread out a longer section for a shared lesson, then fold the chart back between its hard covers.
This is a reproduction of Sebastian C. Adams’s nineteenth-century historical chart—not a newly written history textbook. Its biblical chronology and interpretations reflect its original author and period. Explore it alongside modern historical sources.
Your chosen set of one, two or three hardcover fold-out charts, printed on both sides. The display stand and magnifier are optional accessories, sold separately. A quick-start guide is not included.
The detailed print rewards a close look. Younger readers may benefit from an adult’s guidance through the historical language and illustrations.

A ruler in one part of the world. A philosopher in another. A biblical account you’ve read many times. Where do their timelines meet?
Open the connected panels and follow them side by side. Keep one period in view while you explore its neighbors—without piecing the bigger picture together from separate pages.

Bring the chart to a history lesson, a Bible-study conversation or a quiet afternoon at the table. Start with a familiar name. Follow a line. See what catches your attention next.
No need to read it from beginning to end. Open the part you’re curious about, share what you notice, and return to it when the next question comes along.

This is the hardcover fold-out edition. Closed, it’s a large book (about 10.5" × 21") that fits on a shelf. Open, each spread folds out into a long strip — about 11 feet per side, printed on both sides. It’s made to lay flat on a table for hands-on study and fold back up, not to hang as a poster (hanging it would hide half the chart). For display, one open spread on an easel or bookstand looks great.
Yes. The chart is built as a family and classroom learning tool, with historical illustrations woven throughout to keep the content engaging for both children and adults. As with any historical artwork covering thousands of years, a small number of classical images are included for historical accuracy — nothing graphic or inappropriate.
The chart follows Archbishop James Ussher’s traditional biblical chronology, connecting biblical events with major moments in world history. It’s designed as a faith-based educational resource for Christian families, churches, and educators.
Most timelines show one event at a time, page by page. This chart lays out thousands of years across a single, continuous panorama — so you see what was happening in different nations and cultures at the exact same moment, side by side. It’s a fundamentally different way to understand history: all at once, instead of piece by piece.
This is designed to be revisited again and again — not a one-time read. Families use it for ongoing Bible study, homeschool history lessons, or simply as something to explore together on a Sunday afternoon. It’s built to become part of your regular routine, not a shelf decoration.
